Hello, beautiful souls! My name is Malia, and I’m a Vinyasa trained Yoga instructor with a passion for providing nurturing, empowering, and playful instruction.

From a young age, I felt a calling to practice and teach yoga and achieved my teaching RYT 200 hr certification dream in June of 2016 (with Christina!)

I love to begin yoga sessions with an optional essential oil anointing & a reading or offering of communal intention, allowing us to integrate with ourselves and each other. To be in community, united in struggle, practicing humility and empathy is so important to me.

I’ve also found great power in breathwork during the physical actions of yoga and believe that this can aid in our connection of mind, body, soul, and Mama Earth. I can’t wait to flow with you on the West Coast! On an annual basis, I enjoy sharing yoga instruction at a bellydance retreat in Eastern Washington – an absolute blast.

In Lightness & Darkness, there is always Yoga.

Favorite Pose: Savasana

What is something most people don’t know about you: I’m of Pakistani descent, I love to bellydance, and forage for fungi in my free time! Forever expanding my mycelial web of beautiful connections.
