In 2008 my sister suggested we try hot yoga, I was nervous and super curious. After the first class I was hooked! It was fun, helped me with stress and it was also a great workout. The more I took classes the more I found in yoga and how you can take it off the mat! I became that person that was always talking about it and trying to get people to go with me. I wanted to deepen my practice and in 2016 I completed my first teacher training. Through teacher training I felt like I found my tribe and that I was just scratching the surface- I'm always learning! One of my favorite things about leading a class is sharing my love of yoga with students and giving them that time and space just for them, to be present in the moment and let go. I like to focus on breath, alignment and mindfulness in each class while also motivating students to push themselves safely in a fun, encouraging and welcoming atmosphere to practice yoga.

Favorite Yoga Pose: Standing bow pulling pose- esthetically it's so pretty but also it feels good to open up through the hips, shoulders and spine while also strengthening the body and improving balance.

What is something most people don’t know about you? I love to travel and have been to 13 countries so far- and headed to two new ones next month. If there's ever an option between buying something or taking a trip the trip always wins!
